Cy Phillips, Neighbor

After graduating from a small high school in northeast Arkansas, Cy attended college at the University of Iowa where he played football and was on the Academic All Big Ten team. He earned a degree in communication studies and a certificate of entrepreneurial management.

As a Realtor with RE/MAX Innovations, Cy has been among the top 5 percent of central Iowa Realtors in volume since earning his license in 2007. His first year in real estate, he received the “Rookie of the Year” award from the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors (DMARR) for out-selling all other first-year agents.

Cy is highly involved in the central Iowa community, serving on DMAAR committees, as a member of the 2011 Waukee Leadership Institute, and as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa. He is also a member of a philanthropic group in Des Moines called the Ambassadors Club.

Cy resides in Waukee with his wife Meighan, his son Charlie. and their two Jack Russell  terriers.
