I am a chiropractor at Washington Street Wellness in downtown Iowa CIty.  I like working with my patients on not only getting them out of pain, but keeping them out of pain by treating the body as a whole.  On top of adjustments, I like to use a variety of soft tissue techniques, like Graston Technique, to stimulate the healing processes and reduce treatment times. 

My wife and I recently moved to North Liberty in November 2011 to join the practice.  We were maried this past September and we are expecting our first child in June.

I am a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan, as I have an entire basement devoted to them.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and family.  Next year, I plan on competing in a bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman event.
