VIDEO: Meet June Bug the Playful Pit Bull Terrier
Each week we introduce you to a new animal from the Iowa City Animal Shelter that needs a good home. This week meet Junebug, a friendly active young pit bull.
Liz Ford, animal care technician at the , introduces us to June Bug. Ford says June Bug is a friendly young pit bull that would be a perfect fit for an active owner, including families with children above the age of six. She says June Bug has already received training while at the shelter and she has a good sit and an even better down.

June Bug is tolerant of handling but does get very nervous if she is reprimanded. She likes to exercise and cuddle on the couch with you too.
