Princeton Review Ranks University of Iowa Second Best Party School in Nation in 2013 Issue

Partying has been a reoccurring subject in the local news this past week.

Last week the Iowa City Police announced they would launch more party patrols, sending officers out to control house parties in Iowa City neighborhoods. They also are asking the Iowa City City Council to consider a change to an ordinance allowing police to charge all of the residents of a house if nobody answers the door for an officer during a loud house party.

Today the news was released that the Princeton Review will be releasing its 2013 issue of its college guide on Tuesday, and the University of Iowa has not only retained it has jumped into the top two this year.

 The 2013 edition of "The Best 377 Colleges," which goes on sale Tuesday, has 62 ranking lists based on surveys of 122,000 students during the last school year. Students answered 80 questions about academics, administration, campus life, student body and themselves. 

Here is the ranking for the top 20 Party Schools as rated by the students:
