Dubuque Street is currently closed north and southbound between Park Road and Foster Road due to flooding.

Dubuque Street is currently closed north and southbound between Park Road and Foster Road due to flooding. It is anticipated that it will reopen by midday today.
Manville Heights bus service is still in operation. A shuttle bus will be servicing the Peninsula and Forest View areas and passengers who live in these areas should expect delays. This shuttle service will continue to operate until Dubuque Street reopens, at which time Manville Heights will resume normal bus service. For information regarding Transit service, please call 319-356-5151.
