Get Out and Vote, Iowa City: Early Voting Begins Thursday

Don't want to wait until Election Day to vote? You don't have to.

Don't want to wait at the polls on Nov. 6?

Then you're a prime candidate for early voting for the upcoming general election.

Early voting in Johnson County is available before all elections weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Johnson County Auditor's Office, 913 S. Dubuque St. Ballots for the Nov. 6 General Election will be available Thursday, Sept. 27.

Also, the Iowa City Public Library will have a satellite voting location from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday in the lobby area.
