The following individuals were arrested during football game day operations:

Morris, Justin Clark, 25 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1325 hours. Morris attempted to enter the stadium while under the influence of alcohol. Morris had slurred speech & unsteady balance. Morris refused PBT.

Schon, Patrick Paul, 43 of Glidden, IA for Public Intox at UI Hospital Main Ent at 1239 hours. Schon attempted to use a glass window as an entrance at the hospital. Schon blew .310 PBT.

Lipman, Michael, 20 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1439 hours. Lipman was with a female disputing her entrance into Kinnick, because of a bag size. Lipman refused to leave when told to move along. Lipman had slurred speech & extremely poor balance. Refused PBT.

Straus, Hayley, 19 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at MacLean Hall at 1535 hours. Straus was lying on the stairs of MacLean Hall. Straus refused medical treatment. Straus had unsteady balance & had an aroma of alcoholic beverage on her person. Refused PBT.

Morris, Justin Clark, 25 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1325 hours. Morris attempted to enter the stadium while under the influence. Morris had slurred speech & unsteady balance. Refused PBT.

Wagner, Jacob Robert, 19 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at 701 Melrose at 1328 hours. Wagner was with a friend who was passed out in a taxi. Wagner was told several times to back away to let medics at his friend. Wagner had slurred speech & smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Refused PBT.

Klienmeyer, Emily Caecilia, 21 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1418 hours.  Klienmeyer attempted to find her ticket/ID for several minutes at Gate M. Klienmeyer was using a handrail for balance. Klienmeyer was told to leave; she left & later returned to the same gate.  Klienmeyer admitted drinking & had slurred speech. Refused PBT.

Kotaska, Amber Elaine, 21 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Melrose/Melrose Cir at 1353 hours. Kotaska walked past an officer with an open beer. Kotaska was extremely uncooperative with the officer & had poor balance and slurred speech. Kotaska said she was “drunk” & blew .240 PBT.

Haganman, Kirk David, 19 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick at 1409 hours. Haganman attempted to smuggle in a couple cans of beer. Haganman admitted drinking & had poor balance. Haganman blew .176 PBT.

Cross, Jason Eric, 34 of Marion IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1435 hours. Cross stumbled into Gate M. Cross smelled of alcohol & had slurred speech. Cross blew .289 PBT.

Tipps, James Michael, 24 of Wapello, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1436 hours. Tipps was staggering from side to side & was spitting seeds on people. Tipps had slurred speech. Tipps blew .231 PBT.

Brechler, Michael Dean, 28 of Sioux City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1510 hours. Brechler was being carried toward Gate B exit. Brechler could not keep his own balance & had slurred speech. Brechler blew .179 PBT.

VanVoorhis, Peter William, 21 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1439 hours. VanVoorhis was observed entering the stadium. VanVoorhis’ breath smelled of an alcoholic beverage and his eyes were bloodshot & watery. VanVoorhis was given an opportunity to leave the stadium. He became belligerent with officers.  Refused PBT.

Favia, Tara Ashley, 21 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1455 hours. Favia was observed lying on foliage outside Gate A. Favia had slurred speech & admitted drinking. Favia blew .149 PBT.

Brummer, Jacob Nicholas, 21 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1554 hours. Brummer was throwing up inside the stadium. Brummer was slouched over. Brummer stated it was 21st birthday” & had too much to drink. Brummer blew .123 PBT.

Olsen, Christopher Sydney, 27 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1550 hours. Olsen was ejected from Kinnick for disruptive behavior. Olsen continued to argue with officers. Olsen had slurred speech & smelled of ingested alcohol. Refused PBT.

Brown, Molly Elizabeth, 18 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1544 hours. Brown was passed out in the women’s restroom. Brown defecated down her leg. Brown blew .170 PBT.

Zumhof, Brianna Jane, 19 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1515 hours. Zumhof was passed out in the women’s restroom. Zumhof admitted drinking & had poor balance. Blew .177 PBT.

Blyth, Lauren Christine, 19 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1515 hours. Blyth was passed out in the restroom. Blyth was vomiting. Blyth was unsteady on her feet & blew .127 PBT.

Kries, Cody Lee, 21 of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox & Disorderly at Kinnick Stadium at 1532 hours. Kries was in a verbal argument with another male subject. Kries admitted drinking & blew .119 PBT. Kries shoulder bumped another fan because he was mad.

Green, Scott Kendall, 54 of West Des Moines, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1532 hours. Green was passed out in the stadium. Green admitted drinking & had slurred speech. Green blew .135 PBT.

Campbell, Brady Alexander, 19 of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1531 hours. Campbell was passed out in the bathroom. Campbell had slurred speech & an odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. Campbell refused medical & PBT.

Kobliska, Tyler Ray, 18 of Cresco, IA for Public Intox at Melrose/Melrose Cir at 1446 hours. Kobliska was staggering down Melrose, hanging on to everyone that walked by. Kobliska did not have his shirt on. Kobliska had slurred speech & blew .221 PBT.

Bedingfield, Ryan, 19 of Arlington Heights, IL for Public Intox at Melrose/Melrose Cir at 1446 hours. Bedingfield was trying to get his friend to go with him & they were both stopped. Bedingfield had slurred speech & admitted drinking. Refused PBT.

Weiland, Kelli Lynn, 20 of Cedar Falls, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1442 hours. Weiland was staggering as she attempted to enter Kinnick Stadium. Weiland had slurred speech & tried to walk away from officers when confronted by them. Refused PBT.

Speicher, Nolan Samuel, 20 of Iowa City for Public Intox & Interference with Official Acts at Kinnick Stadium at 1449 hours. Speicher was caught carrying prohibited items into Kinnick. Speicher became rude to officers. Speicher had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath. Refused PBT. Speicher resisted arrest & refused to walk to the holding cell.

Scibek, Samuel James, 20 of Oak Parks, IL for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1438 hours. Scibek was staggering and had slurred speech. Scibek admitted drinking, refused PBT.

Smith, Solomon Marcellus, 37 of North Liberty, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1440 hours. Smith attempted to enter the gate. Smith had slurred speech & smelled strongly of ingested alcohol. Smith blew .180 PBT.
