Two Iowa City residents were charged with multiple drug charges as a result of a police investigation.

Travis Mitchell Schaapveld, 23, and Sunday Marie Walker, 33, both of 2127 Kountry Lane were arrested on Jan. 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, allowing drugs in a house or vehicle and marijuana possession with intent to distribute.

According to officers, they searched the residence at approximately 11:00 p.m. as a result of a drug investigation. They allegedly discovered drug paraphernalia, a digital scale and packaged marijuana ready for sale. Both Walker and Schaapveld allegedly admitted to selling marijuana.
