Graffiti

I saw this graffiti in  college, and I realized that the story, "Yes, Virginia," helped me accept Santa as a symbol for the spirit of giving, and God as a symbol for the spirit of Love.

"My Father Christmas passed away When I was barely seven; At twenty-one, alack-a-day, I lost all hope in heaven. And yet in neither lies a curse, The hell of it’s because I don’t know which loss hurt the worst, My God or Santa Claus!
