Jeffrey J. Moss, 50, of Iowa City, died on June 29, 2014 died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle/motor vehicle accident in Iowa City.
A Celebration of Life gathering is scheduled for Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City -- with a tribute ride following the service. The family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Instead of flowers and plants, memorials may be directed to the Jeffrey Moss Memorial Fund -- to benefit Emily, Hannah and Benjamin Moss.
Jeff was born in Anamosa on November 28, 1963. He graduated from Anamosa and continued his education at Kirkwood College. He was employed at Billion Auto as a Facilities Director. He generously gave of his time to others and could light up a room with his silly antics. What he enjoyed most in his spare time was riding his Harley with friends.
Survivors include his parents, Dennis and Judy; three children: Emily, Hannah and Ben, all of Morley; two brothers, Steve (Becky) of Manchester, Greg of Phoenix; and one sister, Brenda Beeman (Steve) Bondurant; and four nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joshua.
