Media as Misinformation; From Reagan to Limbaugh

What role does the media play in "what we know that ain't so"? Why doesn't the FCC do anything about that? Aren't TV viewers able to pick fact from fiction without FCC help?

Do you know what station in Iowa runs 23-1/2 hours a day of right-wing conservative talk?
