Amazingly, Johnson County, Iowa supervisors want to name the new jail "Justice" Center. Many of us, most of us, who oppose the new jail have stated that there is no justice in Johnson County. We'll be damned if we vote to approve a new "Justice" Center until criminal justice exists in truth and not just in mythology propagated by Johnson County supervisors, the sheriff, the county attorney, and the Iowa City Police Department.
