NCJC Youth Off-Road Riders Spring Benefit & Hand Built Bike Show

presented by the Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County the NCJC Youth Off Road Riders will be hosting a fundraiser at the new Terry Trueblood Recreation Area to help support youth cycling.

Join us for a silent auction and hand built bike exhibition! The silent auction will consist of local good and services from the Iowa City area. A display of hand built bikes will be featured from Steve McGuire’s class at the University of Iowa School of Art and Art History.

The event will be held March 7th, 2014 from 6-9 pm. Admission is free and open to the public. Food and drinks will be provided. All proceeds from the night will go directly to purchasing bikes, helmets, racing and licensing fees, travel expenses, and clothing for the riders. We hope to raise enough funds to support competitive and non-competitive riders for the 2014 season and beyond.
