Lieutenant Colonel Robert J. Darling will speak on the University of Iowa campus on Tuesday, February 5 at 7 p.m. in the Old Capitol Senate Chamber on the UI Pentacrest. His presentation on crisis leadership will illustrate the enormous decisions that were made during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on behalf of all Americans.
