UI issues emergency Hawk Alert following armed robbery report
The University of Iowa issued a Hawk Alert shortly before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday:
“Armed robbery 400 Brown St. walking towards Van Buren St. with gun tall skinny white male with bandana over face wearing dark hoodie and pants”
Law enforcement could not be reached for further comment at this time.
