Daily Links Quote of the Day: Mary Blount Mincey, IHA program director, said winning this vehicle will also help the organization as it continues to raise funds for a low cost spay and neuter clinic that will serve the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. IHA plans to open the clinic in southwest Cedar Rapids. Mincey said this clinic will be the first the first high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Iowa. 

"Our goal is to end euthanasia of healthy adoptable pets in Iowa through prevention of births of unwanted animals," Mincey said.
