Daily Links Quote of the Day: The Wards opened Daylight Donuts at 3560 E. Court St. on July 22. The store opens at 5:30 a.m. other than on Sundays when it opens at 6:30 a.m., and closes at 1 p.m. daily.

On Tuesday, a steady stream of customers kept Vicki Ward busy at the counter all morning.

"I think this town is hungry for doughnuts," said Vicki Ward, 43.
