“This plan is something that was developed in the past by the administration with the assistance and oversight by the board and it is intended to be a long-range plan for the district,” McGinness said. “It is not items that (necessarily) have been approved — some have and some haven’t and some are already in process — but really it’s like a wish list as to what we want to do.”

Proposed projects range from $25,000 to add ventilation in the Monson Gym at South East Junior High to $6.1 million to add air conditioning to West High. Other proposed projects include building additions, replacing lockers, installing elevators and replacing windows.
