United Way of Johnson County and the City of Iowa City seek volunteers to help with the removal of approximately 5,700 sandbags from residences on Normandy Drive, Manor Drive and Granada Court on Saturday, June 22.
Volunteers must register at the United Way Emergency Volunteer Center tent on Normandy Drive between 8 and 10 a.m. Please wear closed-toe shoes, and bring gloves, water and sunblock.
