Cupcake Wars! - Teen Summer Reading Program

Inspired by the Food Network show, Cupcake Wars, join a friendly competition to determine who is the best teen cupcake decorator at ICPL. Compete in three rounds of Taste, Presentation, and Creativity. 

Teen Summer Reading Program event series is for Grades 7-12.
