I was told that I was not going to be allowed to donate anymore at this center because i was so unhappy. Often there very slow even on days no more thin 17 donors in the center and 5 still waiting over 25 mins to be screened Here is the reason that made the manager tell me im no longer able to donate at the center any more April there is a prize to win I dont see many prizes offered ever since i been going so im seeing signs posted donate 8 times or more times to donate and get a chance to win the many different prizes one was a gift card things like that some bus tickets well there was a drawing for a basket i did not know about thats what the tickets i was signing my name on for each time i donated, to make sure i had enough entries now my last week of the month i ask when will the drawing take place for the gift cards im told i dont know that was for them Easter baskets and im looking confused now thin i was told that will happen later after we figure how we will issue out the prizes ok the following week i come in and the prizes was already given out come to find out those that donated 8 times got a key and if the key open the box they win the prize well when i go to asking about that the manager throws up her hands and say i dont know what to tell you tough luck well i started to think about all the donations i have been loyally giving to them i dont donate once twice a mouth i come every week and years i have the scars to prove it and because i felt cheated and complained about it i was told not to ever come back and i dont think thats fair and should not be left to them to treat me like that just because they cant take being wrong and this will happen to any one with such low standards to do that and not deal with how much they suck, I asked the manager after trying to get some anwsers about the drawing for the prize and how unfair i felt i just got a throw them hands up so what i asked thin for the number to complain she said get it your self thin she is calling people behind me and ignoring me so rude this is the manager she is also calling out peoples donar fees something i never heard her or any one do up there she was showing how unprofessional he is and getto, tell lies to get us to donate while holding back most of the money, our machines go of and there just hearing it go off we have been sitting some times more thin 45 mins and instead of removing us they go hook someone up first the saline solution that goes in is super cold and they know this and have you sitting there very uncomfortable for what if i did not need to go id never donate plasma here, also there pumps go into a small pool that takes forever its just more strain on your vains to have so many up to 7 or more to get 880ml they got the same type when they had a chance to get all new machines these machines also have lots of bio waist still left in them way way more thin in the other ones that can fill 880ml in 4 draws if your over heated because San Antonio is so hot you are referred for that day cant cool down have to wait tell the next day even if your on your last donation and need to donate so you get your larger donor fees paid to you you will still need to start all over and that money is theres this stuff im saying here is what they dont want to hear thats why im told i cant go there i do get an attitude but best belave i get it from them first you know you cant tALK TO THEM IF THEY DONT WANT TO BE TOLD THERE WRONG theres to many flyers and new rules being made up as management see something she fix like this from now on
