Children's Day of the Iowa Arts Festival: ICPL Summer Reading Program Kick Off

Enjoy a celebration of the visual and performing arts as part of the Iowa Arts Festival and City of Iowa City's Summer of the Arts. This event is free of charge and includes an adult, teen and children's summer reading program kickoff as well as music, magic, storytelling, 20 hands-on art activities, various performances outside on the City Plaza.
