(VIDEO) Meet Jill, the Stealth Cuddler. Iowa City's Adopt this Pet of the Week. (Adopted)

Every week, Iowa City will features an animal from the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Shelter that is in need of a good home. In this week's installment, meet Jill, a young black cat who is a bit shy, but a lover of cuddling.

Liz Ford, animal care technician as the Iowa City Animal Shelter, introduces us this week to Jill the kitten. Ford says that Jill may seem a little shy at first, but she is just hiding her cuddly interior, and will turn into a playful loving cat once she gets to know her family. She said Jill should be a good fit with a number of different kinds of homes, except perhaps families with very small children, as their erratic movements may spook her.

For more information on adopting Jill, you can call the Animal Shelter at: (319) 356-5295. Or visit the shelter at 4852 Sand Rd SE.
