Meet Rocky, the Young and Energetic Labrador. Iowa City Patch Adopt this Pet of the Week (Adopted)

This week we show introduce you to Rocky, a young dog that could use some more training but loves playing and being around people.

Chad Mason, animal services assistant at the Iowa City Animal Shelter, introduces us to Rocky the labrador.

Mason said that Rocky is a young dog full of energy who loves to play with people and other dogs. He said he is perfect for an owner who wants to play with their dog and live an active lifestyle. He said at this point Rocky might not be the best, however, with families with small children or cats, where his youthful enthusiasm might get him into trouble. Rocky would also benefit from some additional training, Mason said.
