A helpful tidbit on this Easter Sunday, parking will be free in Iowa City.

According to the City of Iowa City, the city's Parking Department will be closed due to the holiday. Parking ramps and on-street parking will be free of charge, with normal operations resuming on Monday.

The Iowa City Public Library will be open its regular hours on Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

All Iowa City recreation facilities are closed on Easter. There will be no Iowa City Kickers games this weekend.
